Materials:  Roof:  Steel joist and deck.  Floor:  Steel joist and composite deck (steel and concrete).

Scope:  Roof, second and third floor structures.  Rooftop mechanical screen.

Unique Features:  This multi-story office building was design and built on a fast-track schedule.  Detailing and shop drawings had to be complete when the building permit was ready.  We built the floors and roof with staggered crews to provide the fastest time to "dry-in" so the interior subcontractors could meet their schedules.  The Mechanical screen wall was fabricated on the ground and lifted onto the roof in one piece.
